Apart from Nostalgie Eternelle (who contribute a fairly generic track) if you have heard of anybody on this tape then chances are you are one of them. Totally great sub-sub-underground visions of glory that never came ... an interesting footnote is Incubus (rubbish name) who would change their name to Lewd (which I approve of in general and are also really good) and include Jacques Van Bussel and Peter Duimelinks who frankly are fairly great people in terms of the music they have gone on to create. I say fairly as I don't know how much on a scale of 1-100 they rate cats. They may be genuinely great but without that key piece of knowledge ...
