Incapacitants - Ministry Of Foolishness
LLLord RRRon of LLLowell is a genius and largely responsible for giving me access to all corners of noise form all around the place (but especially Japan) for very cheap prices. A lot produced the reaction akin to "what the shit?" until I started to begin to understand the language. He's just lucky we are separated by the Atlantic Ocean because I'd hug him on a daily basis with or without permission.
This was my introduction to Fumio Kosakai and Toshiji Mikawa, so if that alone is not worthy of regular low-level molestation than I have no idea what is!
Same as yesterday, it's on Pure from 1995 and it's a big fat flac so is in two parts so combine and so on and so forth.

Thanks a ton. I live in Manchester, NH. Emil Beauleau was the name of one of our past mayors. Why Ron would choose this name as a pseudonym is a mystery that has haunted me for years!
I am confused whether I like or hate the fact that every album (or at least the ones I have come across so far) on his label features the same cover art hehe. Incapacitants' title just fits so naturally on that art though.
The cover art for the initial releases were always in this format as far as I know ...always assumed that it was a way of keeping costs low to help get the music out there. Why design a new cover each time when you can just add a different sticker? Proselytising not profiteering I guess. When the label was wound up (or ran out of covers) there were other editions with different covers to get the remaining discs out there ... but the first editions were always like the one on the post.
