I remember Bob Fripp saying he'd be happy to be third guitarist is Television just to watch/hear Tom Verlaine. Maybe things will level out as we go forward, but as of now, 2023 is sucking pretty hard. Damn...

Very sad news, indeed. I remember doing a fanzine interview with Tom Verlaine in Berlin in 1992 and he was extremely friendly and fascinating to talk to. Feels like a hundred years ago ...
