The intention is to promote people who make beautiful music.
The intention is to introduce you to the people who have been carving their own path...with no care for what anybody thinks.
We try not to post things that are still for sale but sometimes post things that are not easily available. If you like what you hear, then find these people and tell them how great they are.
Better still, tell them and then seek out their new releases and buy them. We add links, when they are reliable and active, so that you can keep track if you so wish.
Always go straight to the artist or the label where possible. That way, the money goes straight to the people responsible for this art. These people rely on our support to keep going and make more quality releases!
Please feel free to leave comments as you go along...at least then we know you appreciate this stuff (or otherwise) and you're not just a bunch of freeloading file collectors.
If you made this music and we have pissed you off by posting any of this, please leave a comment in the post and the offending articles will be removed.

The original version was two hours long, so the CD leaves some tracks off, but it's still fantastic. Like many Suitcase releases, the package is an insane presentation with Abo/Yeast Culture's intense silk-screen work and printed inserts by the artists. The reissue came in a 12" sleeve with the disc stuck in the center. Music by All Fours, Kapotte Muziek, tac, Runzelstirn & Gurgelstock, Illusion of Safety, This Very Moment, Minoy, Big City Orchestra, David Prescott, John Wiggins, Triptic of a Pastel Fern and Euthanasia. It was Americans who popularised the fake science behind the concept of eugenics that underpinned the Nazi's programme of racial hygiene. That didn't work out too well. Of course, there is still a massive contingency of proto-fascists over there polluting the discourse. After all Marjorie Taylor Greene was elected to the House and she has a proven (recorded) history of promoting racism and truly fucked up conspiracy theories. However, there are more that oppose populist fakery ... and in a land where Sarah McBride can be elected to the Senate, there is still hope that this has all been a temporary but extreme aberration.
Now let's cheer the idiot bastard son and his mobster friends and family all of the way to jail!
Amen brother!

It's the sound of a life support machine for an hour. Hey, we've all had days like that. Read more...
America votes today and the world holds its breath. Will the Yanks decide that becoming a fascist banana republic is okay? or will they choose the dependable Company Man who isn't terribly inspiring but more importantly is not a sociopath? Until we know the outcome for sure, here's a soundtrack to make everybody's day a little easier. Actually, TWO soundtracks. Maybe our American friends need something extra. First is a one-hour DJ mix of deep-innerspace dub from the awe-inspiring Blood & Fire label:
If that doesn't take the edge off, this surely will. It's sort of a "dub's greatest hits" with tunes by Lee "Scratch" Perry, King Tubby, Scientist, Sly and Robbie, Augustus Pablo, King Jammy... you get the idea. Dub chill out, everyone. And to our friends in the USA: go vote that corrupt dummy out. The other guy is fine.
