Kakera - 02.10.03.
My first posts are all from a long-gone label from Nagoya called Pale-Disc, which was run by a guy called Kuwayama Kiyoharu who would go on to make some glorious din under the name Lethe. This EP, published in some tiny edition in 2003, is one of only a couple ever released by Kakera (the other, as yet unheard by me, was a split tape with the great Mo*te). Some versions came with the same material on a lathe-cut 8" record, because... well, doesn't all music sound better on an 8" lathe-cut record? Right. While you discuss/compare/contrast the merits etc of mono clear plastic vs shiny plastic, you can enjoy listening to the full-fidelity CDR version.
Narita Mamoru - Music for Butoh Dance Improvisation
This CDR from 2001, also published by Pale-Disc, was the first of only a handful of albums recorded by Narita Mamoru within the past decade+. Sparse chiming bells, acoustic clatter, and plaintive string(s) in discreet/economic doses.

Minotaure - 98/3/21
From way back in 1998, firmly within the era when CDRs were still the pariah of noise self-publishing, this album was very first release on Pale-Disc. This raw scrape/squelch was created by the duo of Kiyoharu Kuwayama and Okazaki Toyohiro on guitar, metal, cymbals, and the ubiquitous "electronics". It owes a debt to the cracked improvisation of Voice Crack, Gert-Jan Prins, that sort of thing, but the unpolished/volatile atmosphere links it to sub-underground noise as well.

Makoto Kawabata - 1: Glissando Guitar
Obviously, this is the God Head guitarist who features in the various incarnations of Acid Mothers Temple and collaborates freely with like-minded savants.
Eagle-eyed (and disappointed) people will have noticed that I don't have 5: Feedback. Please, if anybody out there has this...share it with us!
On related news...AMT are just embarking on a new European / UK tour so get yourself there if you can!
