Ptôse - PPP K 015 + PPP K 009

... and just when you thought it was safe to go back in the water.

I've been listening to Ptôse on constant rotation for weeks. Literally just Ptôse. I've just fed the cats some sardines whilst singing Eat Your Fish ! (and there may have even been some dancing involved). To be honest, I think that they very much enjoyed the full package. Anyway, where was I? Oh yeah. This is a CDr released on Halte Aux Records ! in 2003. It combines the Poisson Soluble and Moxisylte N. tapes but on this the sound is brighter and shinier (and possibly remastered). That may be a good thing or a bad thing but it is a different thing. I appreciate that I'm not the best person to ask which is which at the moment ... there's even a CD version released on Le Cluricaun in 2010 that includes the Women On The Moon track (if I had it, I'd post that as well).

Thanks for all of the Ptose, Your Bleakness. Cool sgtuff, indeed. You may want to check out Palo Alto (and/or group member Denis Frajerman's solo stuff). Even did a couple of releases with DDAA. I'm saying this hoping you'll post some, of course. Regardless, thanks for all.

I don't think I could allow myself the luxury of listening to one artist for several weeks, there's so much other stuff I NEED to get to, but, well, maybe... thanks very much for this!

haha ... sometimes the luxury imposes itself ...

there are so many hundreds of things that i've meant to post and so many thousands sitting in the wings and then there's the stuff that i've been meaning to get around to listening to ... and then there's the new stuff and then there's the tapes and cdrs in a dozen boxes that i still haven't bloody listened to yet (never mind ripped and posted) and then there's the stuff that i'll get hold of tomorrow / next week / next month etc ... 1st world problems eh?

life could be worse ... i could be american and feel the devout need to apologise everyday :)
