The 4th release on Snip-Snip Records, a label run by David Reed (aka Luasa Raelon, Envenomist, Imvixor), which appeared as a CDR in 2002. Xome, as everyone reading this should know, is the harsh noise project of Sacramento California's Bob Scott, who lived and recorded in Japan for many years.
