Hideki Kato blazed a fierce harsh noise trail for a few short years prior to the millenium ... and then this turned up completely unexpectedly. Apparently recorded in the year of it's release, it's entirely plausible that somebody like Kazuma Kubota could prise him out of retirement. However, after this he disappeared back into "normal" life ...
