This came with a 28 page booklet cataloguing some of the most extreme sexual fascinations to appear in a "noise" release. It even got it banned from sale on discogs ... probably to avoid them being prosecuted for distributing obscene publications. The booklet isn't included (which may be good or bad news) but if somebody wants to hook people up in the comments ...
Unsurprisingly, this was released (in 2008) on Freak Animal Records as part of their Institute Of Paraphilia Studies series.
