Still my favourite Killdozer album, although Snake Boy comes a close second...
Saw them play a free show on a pier in Portsmouth back in 1989 - they'd been booked to play the Polytechnic but poor ticket sales (somewhere in the region of 17 I was told...) meant a change of venue and doors open to all. Don't think there were many more than 30 of us there but the 'dozer were absolutely awesome.
If memory serves it was the same week they appeared on the short-lived TV show Club X doing a live rendition of American Pie - the Pompey show ending in similar style with Michael Gerald's trousers round his ankles.
