This CDr was self-released by Ian and appeared in the early 2000's. The insert gives the construction date as "recorded via mail sometime late last century". Given that Late (Matthew St. Germain, who was responsible for the marvellous Freedom From label) appears to have stopped recording in 2002 ... ah, fuck it, who cares ... just listen.
