Edition of 11 copies on Machete Youth, which seems to have been Phil Blankenship/The Cherry Point's label for extremely small-run CDRs. Artwork is the defaced cover of "Hairy Ghosts" by John Wiese & Jesse Jackson. Maybe they had 11 extra covers printed and didn't want them to go to waste.
