    I'm not sure to be honest...it's definately new...I literally just got the same deal trying to download from Corrupted Delights. It might just be for parallel downloads...the 1st was fine...the 2nd got the same response as you must have had.

    It might be a pain in the arse or just a minor inconvenience...
