Various - Anthology 1: Come Organisation Archives 1979-1981

The cover suggests the presence of Bradford Red Light District. However, that is the name of the LP by The New Order who are two former members of Come and Whitehouse and have nothing at all to do with the incredibly irrelevant disco / caberet act with a similar name.

A double CD released on Sue Lawley in 1998. It's definitely MP3 ... promise!

Thank you!

Gratefully yours, Adam

Ignoring criticism doesn't make it go away

When the criticism is "you are not doing what is the most convenient for me personally", I don't think anybody is going to lose any sleep about it.

Now go away!

It's not just ME, it's you I'm worried about. You're deliberately not publishing my other comments to make me look bad, and I don't appreciate it

WOW

make you look bad? you've chosen to be anonymous. you're worried about me? you don't know anything about me so write down all the problems that you think i have then roll it up and shove it up your arse and go back to your talking mirrors lovely boy.

anyone who has ever wondered why we moderate comments is due to the delusional self-serving bullshit we get from people who think that we in any way give a single shiny shit.

we have chosen to be here in an increasingly pointless attempt to enjoy it ... we have chosen to do this for over 11 years but we get entitled first world "problems" like this?

sincerely. fuck off.

I got a FLAC to mp3 converter free from the internet. I don’t understand the fuss. Thanks for everything.

Wait what's this all about? Someone's pissy that an upload is in a different format and they can't take the extra 2 minutes to convert it to something they prefer??

It seems there's only a very small handful of music blogs that are still currently active in 2021 (that are worth a fuck anyway); you guys are probably my favorite out of the bunch. I check the site out on pretty much a daily basis to find out about cool shit to check out. You've no idea how much interesting stuff you guys have turned me on to in the past few years.

I mean sure there's other means of obtaining music online (I still use Soulseek quite a bit), and I don't use spotify (I don't think most of what I'm into would be on there anyway), but I always liked getting music via blogs, especially the nicely curated ones, like yours.

Much thanks Badgerstump, Mrs. Inside, and anyone else involved in BB. Please never stop what you're doing. Cheers from Canada. Fuck the haters.

Hey anon.

Now shut the fuck up and never come back you shitbag poser. The people who run this blog are saints and we're not gonna lose them because of living abortions such as yourself. You don't deserve music this good.

I'm quite shocked that some people are still so ungrateful and complaining about format etc, but for what it's worth, I'd just like to echo the comments from London & Nick & others above. Listening to the music posted on this blog has been one of the joys of my life since I first discovered it in 2014, and I always look forward to checking it every couple of days. Let me join in the chorus of expressing deep appreciation for everything about this blog.
